You Love 'em, I Love 'em, My Spicy Ball Recipe

Sometimes we just have a craving for something spherical, tangy, and hot, we are starving, yearning to be fed. I found the perfect way to satisfy you, and to share your satisfaction with anyone that you choose.

First some prep needs to be done. So prepare yourself however you normally would for a night of passionate fire. Leather or lace that is up to you. Light some candles and get things heated up.

 

Ingredients:

1 lb of Ground Chicken

1 Egg Beaten

2 Sprigs of Green Onion Chopped

1 Celery Stalk Trimmed and Finely Chopped

1 Tbs of Almond or Coconut Flour

1 Tbs of Mayo

1 Tbs of Garlic Powder

1 Tbs of Onion Powder

1 Cup of Buffalo Sauce

Salt and Pepper to Taste


 

After you have slipped into something more comfortable, delicately split an egg into a medium sized mixing bowl and begin to whisk the egg till semi-firm peaks have formed. Once you have beaten the egg fold in all other ingredients into the bowl, except the buffalo sauce, you’ll need that bad boy for later.

 

Reach over and turn on your oven to 400℉, then pop lock and drop it to get a baking sheet and coat that sheet with oil or spray, something to keep it lubricated.

 

Slide your hands into the mixture, and take in it’s slippery wet consistency, and form it into balls that are about 2 inches in diameter, or larger if you prefer. Place your lovely balls onto the slick lubricated baking sheet, and place that on  the middle rack and let it consummate for 15 minutes.

Getting all hot and sweaty is a great way to prepare for the feast you are about to have.

 

After the 15 minutes are up remove the balls from the oven and place them in a pot and envelop them in the buffalo sauce, just use a cup or if you are feeling feisty add more to increase the warming sensation in your mouth. Turn on the stove top and warm up your mixture of sauce and balls until the heat is spread throughout the medley.

 

Plate your work of art however you please, on a bed of supple lettuce, squeezed in a sultry sandwich, or just as is to get the favor of the spicy balls all alone.
